How do I find a coach?
Use the Find a Coach page to browse our directory, filter by category and location, or describe what you need and let our discovery tool match you with relevant coaches.
How do I book a session?
Find a coach you like, view their profile, select an available time slot, and confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Are all coaches verified?
Yes. Every coach on Coachy is manually reviewed before being approved. Only verified coaches appear in the directory.
How do I pay for my session?
Payment is arranged directly with your coach. Coachy facilitates the booking — the session fee is agreed and handled between you and your coach.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule from your client dashboard within the cancellation window. The coach's cancellation policy will be shown on their profile.
How do I leave a review?
After a session is marked as completed, you will receive a prompt to leave a review. Reviews are published after a brief moderation check.
For coaches
How do I join as a coach?
Register on Coachy, complete your profile, and submit for approval. Our team will review your application and notify you of the outcome.
How much does it cost to be on Coachy?
Coachy charges a small platform fee per booking you receive. There is no monthly subscription — you only pay when you receive a booking.
How long does the approval process take?
We aim to review all coach applications within 2–3 business days.
Can I set my own rates?
Yes. You set the price for each session type on your profile. Coachy charges a flat platform fee per confirmed booking.
What happens if a client cancels?
If a booking is cancelled within your stated cancellation window, no platform fee is charged. Your cancellation policy is shown on your profile.
